trace your allergy symptoms to their exact source...

allergy symptoms can be eliminated!

nasal_allergy_symptoms Learn to recognize and trace your allergy symptoms from foods, wheat, pets, pollen, mold, etc. Understand common allergens and find relief from your allergic reactions.

allergy symptoms can occur in many areas of the body: the gut, the brain (mood), urinary/genital, respiratory, skin, and joints/muscles. Finding out what's causing your symptoms can be tricky; it takes knowledge and persistance to recognize the source of your reactions.

We have tools to transform you into an allergy "Sherlock Holmes." You'll start identifying you're allergies and recognizing the source of your reactions. Also, through our featured case study, you'll see how allergy symptoms can be eliminated, with a powerful new allergy treatment that eliminates allergic reactions in just 24 hours!

Allergic reactions can have immediate effects, such as red blotches on the skin, or delayed effects, such as constipation, diarrhea, lethargy, or temper tantrums. When reactions are delayed, it becomes more difficult to trace the source of the allergy. Although sometimes challenging, the first step toward eliminating allergies is tracing your symptoms to their source. A helpful starting point is our "Quick-Symptom Analyzer"below:

allergy symptoms: the 7 gastly groups!

It's helpful to view your allergic reactions in terms of the area of your body that is affected. Below we have symptoms in seven groups. These categories and respective symptoms help you to better understand whether your symptom fits a common profile.

Keep in mind that "allergy detection" is ua process that takes place after you have ruled-out other physical causes. Take headaches, for example. It's wise to first speak with your doctor to see if your headaches are related to: "tension, hormone fluctuations, skipped meals, drops in blood sugar, vision difficulties, and nutritional deficiencies" (Ansorge, 2001, p. 468). Once these causes are ruled out, allergies can be explored.

Gut Problems: Diarrhea, constipation, recurrent stomach pain, colin in babies, feeding difficulties, itching anus, recurrent vomiting or feeling of sickness, mouth ulcers, poor appetite, food craving.

Mood Problems: Recurrent headaches, dizziness, poor concentration, hyperactivity, fidgeting, night waking, unexplained temper tantrums, attention deficit disorder, depression, seizures, restlessness, disturbed sleep, balance problems, persistent lethargy.

Urinary/Genital: Vaginal itching/discharge, sore genitals, frequent urinating, bed- wetting.

Breathing Problems: Blocked or runny nose, nosebleeds, sinus pain, snoring, catarrh, middle ear infections, wheezing, asthma.

Skin Problems: Eczema, recurrent allergy rashes, itching skin, increased sweating.

Joints and Muscles: Recurrent joint pain, muscle aching, muscle weakness, cramps.

General: Increased Thirst, recurrent unexplained high temperatures, swollen lymph glands, nightmares, talking or walking in sleep, obesity, unexplained weight loss.

If you'd like further confirmation as to what substances are causing your symptoms, there are several conventional forms of allergy testing that can help: percutaneous testing, intradermal testing, in vitro testing, and delayed hypersensitivity testing. Also the ALCAT test is recommeded for food "sensitivity."
